I guess those of you who were in class this week will fall in to one of 3 categories; those who are starting to find the Zhan Zhuang 'lifting' exercise easier, those who are finding it harder work than they'd hoped and those who haven't a clue how they're finding the exercises 'cos they haven't done any.
To those of you in the first category; well done.
To those of you in the 2nd let me suggest that if increasing the length of time you hold the 'lifting' by a minute is too much then try just 30 second increases but do the sequence twice in a day (increasing both times, so you are still increasing by a minute over the course of the day).
To those of you in the last group, what can I say? Buy now you should be 'lifting' for 5 or 6 minutes. You have some small chance of catching up, although I think that increasing your 'lifting' time by 90sec - 2 minutes a day is pushing it. However, it is better to have done something than nothing.
Next week's classes will highlight the category each of you fall in to!
Have a good weekend.
