A small group of students and I will be giving a demonstration of Yang-style Long Form Tai Chi at the Belton International Horse Trials on Saturday 12th Apr.
Whether you're an existing student, an 'old boy' or are thinking about joining us why not come and see us in action, say hello and ask a few questions.
The display will take place at the Lincolnshire Sports Partnership stand and begins around 3:30pm.
The Belton International Horse Trials are organised by BEDE Limited and details of the event can be found on their website.
The Yuang Chi School of Tai Chi are appearing in co-operation with The Lincolnshire Sports Partnership.
